Kicking

We run SparX – Boxing for Fitness classes – these are not martial arts classes but aimed for fitness and fun in a friendly atmosphere. All levels of ability and fitness are welcome. Plus we offer High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions.

Whilst we’re in lockdown 3.0 we’ve gone completely online

Our normal schedule when we return to in person training is;

Monday – ONLINE HIIT 1pm
Tuesday – Holmer Green 6:30pm – 7:15pm 
Tuesday – Amersham 7:45pm-8:30pm
Thursday – ONLINE 6:30pm-7:10pm
Saturday – Hazlemere 9:30am-10:15am
